QUOTE

BILLING NOTES

A 5 SF minimum per piece applies, with a $30 minimum charge per piece, whichever is greater. Billable SF and lineal inches are calculated to the next even inch per edge. Shapes are billed on block size.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are COD. Payment is due prior to release of goods. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee processed through Sola. Returned checks incur a $40 fee.

QUOTES

Valid for 30 days from date of issue. Pricing is based on sizes and quantities as quoted -- any changes require a requote. POG reserves the right to modify or withdraw pricing at any time. Reference quote number on all orders.

DELIVERY

Available within a 35-mile radius at rates shown. Outside this radius, delivery is quoted individually. Orders below $1,000 are subject to a $175 delivery fee. POG uses its own vehicles and reserves the right to use third-party carriers. Risk of loss in transit is borne by POG until point of delivery. Address changes require 2 business days notice minimum.

UNLOADING

Customer is responsible for providing adequate labor and access at the delivery location. One driver per truck is standard. Any unloading assistance by POG staff is provided as a courtesy at the customer's sole risk. POG assumes no liability for damage to goods, property, or persons during unloading.

INSPECTION & CLAIMS

Goods must be inspected at delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery slip at time of receipt. Claims for concealed or fabrication defects must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. POG's liability is limited to replacement or remake; if not feasible, capped at invoice value of affected items. No liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including labor, installation, or project delays.

STORAGE & PICKUP

Pickup by appointment only during business hours. Storage fees of $25 per week per order apply beginning 15 business days after the agreed date. Customers will be notified before fees are applied. Orders unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of at POG's discretion.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying specifications, dimensions, and product suitability for the intended application. POG is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied measurements.

SALES TAX

NJ sales tax applies unless a valid exemption certificate is on file prior to invoicing.

GLASS WARNINGS

Tempered glass carries inherent risks including spontaneous breakage and optical distortion (roll wave, bow, warp, strain pattern). These are not defects and are not warrantable. POG does not recommend fully tempered glass outside safety glazing applications. Buyer and design professional assume full responsibility for product suitability and application compliance.

INVOICE

BILLING NOTES

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are COD. Payment is due prior to release of goods. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee processed through Sola. Returned checks incur a $40 fee. Invoices for pickup orders are issued upon completion and must be settled before goods are released.

LATE PAYMENT

Accounts not paid within 10 days of invoice date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Finance charges compound monthly until the balance is paid in full.

DISPUTED INVOICES

Any dispute must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions remain due and payable. Invoices not disputed within this period are deemed accepted and payable in full.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY & RECEIPT

This slip serves as the official record of goods delivered or collected. A signature request will be sent electronically to the email address on file. Signature, whether physical or electronic, confirms that the order was received and that all items listed were present and in acceptable condition at the time of handoff.

INSPECTION AT HANDOFF

All items must be inspected at the time of handoff before the driver departs or the customer leaves the facility. Piece of Glass LLC is not responsible for claims submitted after this point.

PICKUP

Pickup is by appointment only during business hours. Goods are handed off by POG staff. Inspection must be completed at the time of handoff. Once goods leave POG's facility, responsibility transfers entirely to the customer. Any damage occurring during loading onto the customer's vehicle is the customer's sole responsibility.

DAMAGED OR REFUSED GOODS

Items may be refused at handoff only in the case of visible fabrication defects. Refused pieces will be returned to POG's facility and assessed. If confirmed as a fabrication defect, POG will remake or replace at no charge. If no defect is found, the item remains invoiced as delivered. Damage resulting from handling, installation, or application after handoff is not covered.

SHORT DELIVERIES

Any discrepancy between quantities listed on this slip and goods received must be noted at the time of handoff. Claims for missing items submitted after handoff will not be accepted.

For deliveries, the customer is responsible for providing adequate labor and access. Any assistance provided by POG's driver is a courtesy only. POG assumes no liability for damage to goods, property, or persons during unloading.
